In dishes like our Honeynut Squash (a sweet, savory, sous-vide, and pan roasted dish with chanterelle mushrooms of the west coast and a brown butter crumble) there is a distinct sense of comfort. The same goes for our Prime New York Strip Steak—an astonishingly flavorful take on come simple ingredients: red meat, broccoli, cheddar, and tots—which can be found on our a là carte menu, as well as our prix fixe menu.
Striking a delicate balance, our prix fixe menu highlights recognizable favorites (our Tagliatelle and Carrot Bolognese) as well as a steady rotation of special features that allow for the introduction of new small plates and entrees, like our Beef Tartare, cut from hanger steak with egg-yolk jam and served with ras el hanout spiced crackers. The prix fixe comes with the option of organic wine pairings for each of your three courses, chosen by our skillful wine director and chosen specifically for each dish.
For those who prefer cocktails, we have options. Our Signature Cocktail Menu stands out: in format, in style, in content. New additions to our bar program include softer, aperitif liqueur style drinks such as A Couple of Root Beers by the Sea, and the Branca Mentality; the clear-spirited Redondo Peak and Beatrice Wood and the dark-spirited D’Artagnan, among others. Over a dozen drinks in total, our menu offers options for punch-style community cocktails and botanical infusions done for you, our guests, table-side.
